So I've gotten my hands on my first psychedelic, and I want to make sure I know what I'm getting into. For the record, I should mention I don't have an ounce of anxiety about dropping whatsoever. In fact, I'm very much excited and looking forward to it. But should I be more chilled rather than excited when I get into it? I've heard the starting mood makes a major impact on the trip. Also, im taking a single 150 ug pellet(pill?). Is it fine to just take it like I would an ibuprofen, i.e. with a glass of water? I know sure as hell i can't just stick it on my tongue lol
And lastly, do I need a sitter? I feel confident that I'd be fine on my own, though I'm pretty much the definition of a newbie, so what do y'all think? And would a friend over the phone be sufficient? I'm not exactly in a city with people I know at the moment
