Overall effects: Subtle but noticeable. On dosing days, I experience slightly enhanced focus, improved mood, and increased creativity. Colors seem a touch more vibrant. No perceptual distortions or anything that would impair functioning.
Work productivity: Noticeably improved on dosing days. I find it easier to enter flow states and tackle complex problems. Writing feels more natural.
Mood: More even-keeled throughout the week, not just on dosing days. Less reactive to minor frustrations. More patient in conversations.
Creativity: This has been the biggest benefit. I've been more prolific in my creative projects and making connections I wouldn't normally make.
Downsides: Occasionally feel slight fatigue on the day after dosing. One time I took slightly too much and felt mildly distracted during a meeting. Precision in dosing is critical.
Physical: No notable negative physical effects. Sleep has been fine, appetite normal.
