Nothing dramatic to report here — just a typical Friday evening use.
T+0:00 - After a stressful work week, took a moderate dose. My partner and I ordered takeout and put on a movie.
T+0:30 - Feeling the muscle tension from the week start to melt. A warm, pleasant relaxation spreading through my body. Mood lifted.
T+1:00 - Very relaxed, slightly drowsy. The movie was more enjoyable — I wasn't thinking about work emails or Monday's deadlines. Conversation with my partner was easy and affectionate.
T+2:00 - Ordered dessert. Everything tasted great. Feeling content and cozy.
T+3:00 - Getting sleepy. We went to bed and I fell asleep easily.
Next morning: Woke up feeling rested with no hangover (unlike alcohol, which I've largely replaced with this).
This is how I use it — once a week, never on consecutive days, always at home in a safe environment, moderate dose. I specifically chose this over regular drinking after reading about the relative harm profiles. I'm under no illusion that it's harmless, but within my rules of use, it serves its purpose well.
