Finals were approaching and I needed to get through a mountain of material. Used Mephedrone as a study aid after researching appropriate dosing.
T+0:00 - Took the dose with breakfast and coffee.
T+0:30 - First effects. Felt more alert and focused. The usual scattered feeling when facing a large study load was replaced by calm determination.
T+1:00 - Full effects. Sat down with my organic chemistry notes and entered a flow state almost immediately. Material that usually takes me hours to work through was clicking faster. I wasn't smarter — just more able to sustain concentration.
T+3:00 - Took a break to eat a proper lunch. Appetite was reduced but I forced myself to eat knowing it's important. Went for a 15-minute walk.
T+4:00 - Back to studying. Switched to my statistics course. Still focused but noticing some physical tension — jaw clenching, slightly elevated heart rate. Drank extra water.
T+7:00 - Effects wearing off. Felt tired but satisfied with the amount of work accomplished. Ate dinner and deliberately avoided any temptation to redose.
T+10:00 - Took melatonin and went to bed on time.
This was productive but I'm careful about frequency. I limit use to 2-3 times per month maximum and always ensure I eat, hydrate, and sleep properly. The temptation to use it regularly is real, which is precisely why I set strict rules for myself.
