redditThis is insane. I have had anxiety irritability and fatigue for a long long time. I eat a fully vegan diet and the only vegan sources - as I found out - are basically just seaweed and iodised salt which I haven't been getting. I must have been severely deficient in iodine for a long time cause I'm feeling so calm right now after starting supplementing, and I have much more energy. Started supplementing with 200mcg in kelp capsules 6 days ago, and for each day I've felt better and better. Maybe I had hypothyroidism because of lack of iodine?
