Tried out 4F-MPH for the first time this past friday by taking 1-2mg doses (up to 5mg) throughout the day, and it felt like a more productive than average day, though I wasn't sure if it was just placebo.
The next day I tried out 10mg at about 11am, as well as 15 mg at around 8pm, and other than a more focused feeling, I didn't feel much of a difference.
Tried 20mg today, and dosed about an hour ago, and I feel exactly the same as I was as if I hadn't taken anything... Maybe the slightest amount of concentration and not constantly getting distracted.
According to my research 20mg is already a pretty heavy dose so I'm wary of increasing my dosage even more, but this RC seems a bit underwhelming. I'll give it that it's very functional, but definitely not euphoric in the slightest.
Or is it because tolerance just builds up this quickly?
EDIT: Using this post as a experience report.
T-6: Took 6mg of Diclazepam to stop a panic attack [duration 8-12h], had some cold cocoa after
T+0 : Took 20mg 4F-MPH on an empty stomach [bpm ~65]
T+1 : No noticeable effects other than elevated heart rate, made reddit post [bpm ~87]
T+1:15: Redosed 15mg 4F-MPH [bpm + 5 mins ~ 92]
T+1:30: Slightly drier mouth, but insignificant. [bpm ~94]
T+2:00: Increased concentration....? Not really. Just chilling listening to some music while scrolling through reddit. It's actually kind of calming in a weird way. [bpm ~ 88] I don't forsee any stimulant-like symptoms anytime soon but I'll keep you all posted.
T+2:30: I can feel my heartbeat thump thump thumping all throughout my body... kind of weird. [bpm ~86] Still this bizarre calmness. Not opposed to it, but definitely not what I expected.
T+3:00 Got up to stretch and realized I was hungry since I hadn't eaten anything since 11 hours ago. Dinner break!
T+3:30 Back to work, I guess I'm just going to spend the rest of the night editing pictures. Still no stimulant symptoms but oh well. Still think that's kind of weird considering I took 35mg in an hour. RCs are kind of a roll of the dice.
T+4:00 Editing pictures doesn't seem AS boring/painstaking as they normally are. Also, not sure why my bpm shot up to 100. I still don't feel any different.
T+6:00 Yup. No residual effects of any sort. I do feel tired, but that might be because I woke up 14 hours ago. Time to call this report quits. [bpm ~84]
This is just a sign for more experimentation!
