Hey guys
So I did DMT for the first time today and i honestly don't have the vocabulary to even come close to describing my short and wonderful experience. So I had a couple of thoughts and questions that I wanted to run by anyone reading this.
First of all the feeling of entering the DMT realm is unique. I held my first inhalation as long as I could and it felt like I was knocking on the door of perception. A peculiar feeling washed over me. I was in a comfortable setting and a good frame of mind so I thought i was ready. Boy was I wrong.
I had a pair of headphones around my head playing some acoustic music that I'm familiar with and suddenly one of the chords just starts repeating over and over but in a totally new way I've never heard before (I know this song off by heart).
The close eye visuals were growing richer and richer and in time with the music....but at this point it wasn't my music. It felt like a super intelligent algorithm was merging all these data streams (music, my own conciseness etc.) and playing with them in front of me. Like some kind of living organic music video to a song that doesn't exist...
I also had some preprepared questions I wanted to ask but in the moment they felt completely pointless when compared to the big picture. Like if you could ask god one question, what would you ask? The more you think about it the more you realise there's nothing to ask. Just observe.
At this point the whole experience felt overwhelming. I still knew where I was but my brain was fighting with reality. Thoughts of one singular consciousness and birth/death/reincarnation started appearing and that's when I knew it was enough.
Need time to digest all this. I gotta say the music thing fascinated me. I know this song by heart and within seconds it's structure was changed and elongated and remixed just for me. Has anyone had an experience similar to this?
