So I’ve been taking Russian made Noopept 10mg pills 3/4 times a day for about 10 days now, and I feel no effect what so ever. There is no clear thinking or improved understanding, I still function as I have when I started, there is no hyper concentration where I won’t hear someone either which was reported.
This lead me to read the manual, I read it in Russian and it said that the effect only starts to show after 3 weeks of use. Which made me kind of mad because first thing you see when you google Noopept is that “it’s a perfect drug that acts fast and you take it when you need that cognitive boost and memory” - false false false.
Whoever wrote that was clearly riding a wave of the placebo effect and possibly other drugs. At this point, I am very skeptical, I will however continue taking it, as I have 200 more pills coming from Russia and will report if I note any changes in my cognitive abilities. If there are no effects within a month I will declare the drug to be a placebo.
I do not take any other nootropics, the pills are genuine, my diet is the same.

P.S. - my Russian supplier is very cheap way cheaper than the recommended suppliers on Reddit, but the package has reached 3 week mark yesterday and 5 days since last update which was in Moscow. I am surprised it’s taking this long to be honest, so that means I’ll order in advance. Still I’ll wait for them to arrive and see if they are genuine before recommending the seller. Oh and destination is New York City so it’s not like I’m in Alaska.
