So it's been a month since I have been taking Coluracetam and PRL 8-53, which I had purchased from Nootropics Depot. I was planning to open a separate thread reviewing their products, but I guess I will include them within this post.
About my experience with Nootropics Depot-
- Quality - 10/10 - I think I need not talk much about quality when it comes to ND.
Delivery - 6/10 - Took almost two months to deliver the product. But, to be frank, I had opted for standard international shipping (UPS), plus Indian customs suck, so feel free to ignore this part.
Okay, here is my report after one month of using Coluracetam and PRL 8-53.
Dosage -
- 10mg Coluracetam sublingual early in the morning.
- 5mg PRL 8-53 sublingual early in the morning.
For the first five days, I tested only PRL 8-53. Sublingually dosing PRL 8-53 numbs my tongue, much like sublingually dosing NSI 189 (phospate). PRL 8-53 seems to do absolutely nothing for me. Increased the dosage to 15mg, and even then it did nothing for me. There were no improvements in my number span scores (9) and neither was their any effect at all on my working memory. However, it does seem to counteract the lack of motivation caused by bacopa. Together with Coluracetam, there is also a marked increase in the reduction of ADHD like symptoms that seems to be caused by NSI 189.
From the next day, I began with dosing Coluracetam early in the morning. On the first two or three days, I felt a absolutely nothing. But from the next day, my memory gradually improved to the point I could remember almost everything I study (note - not eidetic memory, but can easily remember almost every concept I study). I stopped dosing PRL 8-53 for a few days just to ensure if the effects were due to some sort of synergistic action. I came to the conclusion that it was Coluracetam alone that was improving my memory (improved working memory to a large degree, and an even greater improvement on my long term memory). Regardless, I continued dosing both Coluracetam and PRL 8-53 at the above mentioned dosages. Coluracetam also has a slight anxiolytic effect on me. The first few days I took coluracetam, there was definitely an increase in my visual acuity; very similar to that observed when taking Piracetam, but to a much higher degree. Colors seemed brighter. However, it stopped after a while (or maybe I have stopped noticing it.

I do feel that my stomach is really stressed out on this stack. Lately been feeling very slight discomfort in my flanks. I hope that's just because of my shift to a sedentary lifestyle (basically stopped going to the gym, will resume soon within a month) Or do you guys think there is anything in my stack that is stressing out my kidneys (no issues with kidneys before)?

Summary of effects-
PRL 8-53 - No effects on memory, slightly increased motivation.
Coluracetam - Massive increase in my working memory, and an even greater increase in my long term memory.
Additional effects on combination of both PRL 8-53 and Coluracetam - Discernable reduction in ADHD like symptoms caused due to NSI 189.
Feel free to ask me about my stack. Would love to hear your responses.
EDIT - Updated the post with a summary and included effects of PRL 853 on my motivation
