I bought some PRL-8-53 and want to add some experiences and thoughts (ATTENTION: UNPROFESSIONAL TEXT/REVIeW, WRITTEN BY A INCOMPETENT PERSON)
I tried different dosages, the range was 5-30mg sublingual.
I took it only sublingual.
PRL-8-53 first burns very hard, when I place it under my tongue and later, it numbs it. It's numbing effect is very strong and will last so, more intense then cocaine (for the drug users here ;) ).
In the first times, you may experience some subtle well-being and you may feel some warming in your head. It definitely has something dopaminergic, but in a subtle, different way.
I noticed that my ability to remember things, I didn't learned explicit, has been increased.
On the other hand, the information progressions seems to be different. I can't say it in words, but this new kind of recalling felt very strange to me....I mean, when I wanted to remember something, I gaved my attention minutes before, it was just there...I hadn't to "think" in term of putting "effort" in remembering something, by searching for associations, linked patterns or thoughts I (could) had in this moment...it was just there...
I don't know, if this is actually a benefit...it feels like a compromise, because the stuff, I could recall, was memorized completely indifferent...there was no real selection, which information was more important. The information didn't have to be connected or associated, by using logial reasoning (to select the relevant associations/informations, so your brain can concentrate on that and let it last longer in the short term memory, which later leads to a transition to the long term memory).
I think, this kind of memory progression could be beneficial in language skills (word recall, vast vocabulary, speaking (fluency), verbalization of thoughts, grammatical reasoning...), because in comparison to a "mathematical brain", the "language brain" is good in aimless learning, which is characterized by the ability, to have a big perception and store informations very "fluently", so the brain is able, to speak/learn a language by not having the need, to define concrete rules/logic patterns (e.g. grammatic). I mean: you can speak a language correctly just by "feeling". You didn't learned your mother tongue by learning the grammatic rules first...you just learned it...in a very passive way. People's brains, which excel in math, progress informations in a more disciplinated, logical way. They can only learn, when there is enough logical reasoning...their brain is specialized in finding patterns and logical associations... I mean, it must have a reason, why math skilled persons often are bad in languages and language skilled, bad in math...I now, it's a presumption and well known chliche...but the differents are well researched.
So, come back to PRL: You won't feel it! You will notice it, when you use it...when you learned something before and suddenly, you can recall more! I tried it also with methylphenidate (ritalin), because by theroy, they should act synergistic (in term of learning, not the stimulation). It does! I noticed, that the learning mode from the ritalin was increased. How do I know it? Everytime, when I take ritalin, my brain can't "perform" at it's best, because the ritalin slows me down. I can't think fast, I can't glance through a text, my reaction time gets bigger, my motoric will be slowed down (but on the other hand, more precisely)...all because, my brain is completely slowed down and limited on learning. When I took it together with PRL, the slowing down was much stronger.
I will write more tomorrow, now I have to go...
PS: Sorry for my bad english, it's not my mother tongue and the text was written in time pressure...I know, there are many grammatic mistakes (I have to improve in my tenses!), but you guys are free, to correct me ;)
