I find that i cannot feel opioid effects for some hours after a 200mcg injection of bpc157. There is some evidence in a rat study showing similar finding. A regular 75mg dose of tramadol provides all of the speediness and stimulation but percieved much less opioid effect, same with 10mg oxycodone, 1.5g kratom. I found later on in day, perhaps 8hrs after my single bpc dose, i ws able to feel the kratom effects again. This may be of interest to people attempting to treat pain alongside using bpc157.
It seems to be a partial block, as i am not feeling much perceptible withdrawal, i am slightly opioid dependent and get mild withdrawal 8-10 hrs after last dose of any opioid. While on bpc157 and my normal opioid dose, i dont feel outright sick, but i do have a minor mood malaise, and that familiar sensitive feeling in my nose/sinus area most opioid users are aware of in early sobriety, and that frustration i get when i havent recently dosed.
I do note a overall body tingly feeling after subq bpc injects. I hope this at least points somewhat to my product being legit if others feel similar from reputable sources. Im also hoping bpc157 helps me a little in my taper off opioids. It makes sense that dealing with receptor antagonism when dosing which reduces mu opioid effects will contribute to lowering toleerance when the receptor would otherwise be activated.
