I was on a 20 mg pill of 4-HO-MIPT last night, at a chicha place with friends (who were sober, except for the nicotine part). The experience was nice, but I definitely would not recommend it for social situations, since I didn't want to talk at all, felt extremely "couch-locked", if that makes any sense, and experienced a very heavy and not particularly pleasant bodyload. Substance was very sedating. No particular headspace (or maybe a bit, the psychedelic edge), no visuals, no CEV, but strong enhancement of senses (especially colors, sounds, touch). Some motor imbalance, but not to the extent where I couldn't ride my bike home (5 kilometers away). If I felt I was unable to ride, I would have gone by foot, obviously, as I do every time I am too impaired. By the way, the music they played at the chicha place sucked big time, so riding home with my headphones (and melodic progressive house in the ears) while being surrounded with the lights of the city gave rise to a unique, almost phantasmagorical and very enjoyable feeling of well-being and astonishment.
I will push the dose up to 30 mg next time and see where it takes me. Do some of you have any experience with higher dosages? This is my first entry in the tryptamine world and the only experience I have in terms of psychedelics is 2C-E (a much, much better option if I had to compare), 1P-LSD and BK-2C-B.
