I am 28 years old, weigh 145 pounds, and work at a steel mill. I took 80 pink capsules of diphenhydramine around 11 PM. My throat got tired of swallowing so many that I nearly vomited getting them all down.
Within 30 minutes extreme fatigue set in, and I mean genuine near-paralysis, not just feeling couch-locked. I physically could not walk or move my limbs properly. My mouth and throat became incredibly dry despite the paste I had smeared around my mouth beforehand.
By midnight everything went completely sideways. I was totally paralyzed and could only lie there as the experience washed over me. My bedroom door swung open and a black figure dashed in, teleporting directly in front of me to stare with eyeless intensity. Thousands of black beads began spinning around my walls. A figure in a hat stood about twelve feet away, fully shadowed. Within minutes I could no longer tell whether my eyes were open or closed, whether I was dreaming or awake.
The room began spinning at impossible speed with shadow people dancing around me. I could not even scream -- just silently watched in horror. The spinning kept getting faster and faster. At some point I felt myself moving upward as if floating, while hearing voices that cycled between screaming and whispering.
I lost consciousness and woke up in the hospital with no memory of how I got there. The doctors told me my heart had been in a dangerously irregular rhythm and my organs were showing signs of acute stress. It took weeks to recover. I experienced persistent visual disturbances, memory gaps, and a crushing headache for days afterward.
This was without question the most terrifying and dangerous thing I have ever done. There is absolutely zero recreational value at this dose -- it is simply poisoning yourself to the brink of death. I share this only so others understand what the extreme end looks like. Do not do this.
