i started this night out by taking like 4 caps full of zzzquil (50mg in each cup) as time passed, i felt nothing, so i took a benadryl (25 mg) and again, i only really felt lightheaded. i took 2 more benadryl and took a decent sip of the zzzquil again. i saw one ant on my hand but i think thatve been real bc i had ants around here anyways. i took i took 4 more benadryl and still felt and saw nothing. i finally started to kinda hear sounds a tiny bit, but nothing significant. it was like 3/4am and so i decided to just sleep. while i was laying down, i would occasionally be jerked awake by my muscles (only my legs i think) tensing extremely hard. that happened like 5 times, and at this point i was half asleep. i woke up around 2 hours later (6am) and apparently i had tried to facetime my ex??? anyways yea that was it, i was really tired today, no side effects other than that, but the seizures have me really worried. were these even seizures at all? or was this something else? i plan on doing more tonight, probably a higher dose and could use some advice on how to not die
