Did my first md with 10 ug yesterday of LSD while in my truck, pre workout. I put in under my tongue, and although it’s been talked up as being subtle, I immediately felt a body rush. Some of this could have been the anxiety of it being the first time, but definitely something there. I took the dose at 3 am ( I’m a night shift worker) It’s been 24 hours since, and here are some general observations:
-almost immediately heightened senses. As soon as i took my dose, I looked at the radio screen in my truck and the colors jumped out at me. I got out of my truck, and my sense of smell was very heightened as well.
-gym observation: although I’ve heard raves about it increasing workout ability, it did not magically increase my strength by any means. I did find my endurance was greatly enhanced however. I was almost paranoid working out in the gym by myself because every light, movement, and tv, seemed to catch my eye.
-desire to socialize: I ran into an old friend at the gym, and found conversation came very natural, and i was more interested in what he had to say where as normally I’m more introverted and introspective with slight social anxiety. (I’m very excited to try this when I’m interacting with more people as I feel there is major potential here.)
-Jitters/anxiety: around 10 am, I got a second wind of energy as I was giving myself a haircut. I will say, I gave myself a pretty damn good haircut and my attention to every detail was on point lol. I had Joe Rogan podcast playing in the background and found that I was totally keyed in on the podcast as well. Definitely enhanced multi tasking abilities. However, as I went to wind down and sleep, I found it difficult.
-Overall mood: definite increase. Again, although it’s labeled as subtle, people who suffer from depression and anxiety such as myself can definitely pinpoint its effect on the brain and serotonin. I found myself laughing out loud at funny moments during podcast, and generally more happy, motivated , and content about life.
Moving forward: while writing this , I’m in afterglow, which is subtle, but definitely still there. I can definitely see this as a very impactful substance. Is it life changing? I hope to find out with time...I’m very excited to micro dose again and observe more.
