Late Night Oxycodone
After doing some research and acquiring a few oxycodone pills, I decided to put their effects to the test. In my research I found that the preferred (and safest) way to use opiates is to perform a cold-water extraction before ingesting them. Essentially through cold-water extraction you separate the opiate from the acetaminophen in the pill. This is important because high levels of acetaminophen can be fatal. After crushing three pills, and performing a cold water extraction, I had isolated the opiate into a cold cup of bitter water.
11:30 Drank cup of water with 3 pills worth of opiate.
11:45 Start to begin to feel effects, but very weak. At this point I was wondering whether or not I had actually correctly performed the cold-water extraction.
12:00 Frustrated that I wasn�t feeling any strong effects, I took a fourth pill, crushed it up, and snorted it. I had never snorted anything before, and in retrospect snorting the fourth pill was quite foolish.
12:05 Immediately after snorting the fourth pill, my nose went numb, and the effects kicked in very strongly. I felt a little dizzy, and nauseous but it wasn�t very bad and it went away quickly.
12:10 I was in a dreamy state, my head felt very light, as if filled with helium, yet my thought process remained sharp, as did my motor skills.
12:30 At this point I was feeling the effects at what I thought was the peak, and I was full of energy. My head was very foggy but my body was energized, and almost jittery. It was very pleasant though, as my whole body was warm and fuzzy feeling. I definitely felt euphoric, and giggly.
1:30 I was still feeling the effects, and the peak felt like it had lasted forever.
2:30 Three hours after initially ingesting the opiate I felt like I hit yet another peak, yet it was milder.
3:00 At this point the effects were finally subsiding, and I realized my energy had dwindled enough to let me sleep.
Overall it was a great experience, and a full body high. At times I felt euphoric, warm and fuzzy, like I was floating, I was sensitive to light, and music sounded great.
THE DOWNSIDE: The next morning, however, I felt terrible. I had a painful stomach ache, and whenever I attempted to eat anything I felt extremely nauseous. I never vomited though, and after a few hours of being awake I felt normal again.
