I recently received an order of powdered kratom derived from 2 different kratom strains. I purchased 100 grams of what�s usually described as a strain with more stimulant properties (Maeng Da Thai kratom) along with 50 grams of a more sedating variety (Bali Kratom). I�m personally partial to the more stimulant like strains often finding the more sedating varieties both less euphoric and less functional with more undesirable side effects (itching) but I figured I�d purchase both a night time and day time kratom just the way MMJ patients use indica at night and sativa in the morning. I rationalized using kratom in this diurnal pattern in order to help mitigate some of the side effects of the mood stabilizers I take for bipolar as well as to help with the depression I struggle with.
