T+0:00 - Took tested dose at sunset as the headliner was about to start.
T+0:45 - Coming up during the set. The music began to feel like it was moving through me rather than just around me. Goosebumps everywhere.
T+1:00 - Full onset. Overwhelming love for my friends, the crowd, the music, everything. We were all dancing together and the connection between us was electric. The bass vibrations, the lights, the energy of thousands of people — it was transcendent.
T+2:00 - Peak. I remember looking at the stars above the stage and feeling like the universe was smiling. My friend grabbed my hand and we just smiled at each other for what felt like forever. No words needed.
T+3:00 - Walked around the festival. Every interaction felt meaningful. Shared water with strangers who became friends. Someone gave me a kandi bracelet and I nearly cried at the kindness.
T+5:00 - Gentle comedown. We went back to our campsite, wrapped in blankets, and watched the sunrise. Peaceful exhaustion.
Recovery: Next day was low energy but not depressed. We had supplements (5-HTP, vitamin C, magnesium) prepared. Lots of water, food, and rest. Back to normal by day two.
