First time tripping EVER

This is my first time ever tripping on psychedelics and I have 2 100ug tabs however I’m just going to go with 100ug. How do I overcome this stomach feeling. I’m sooo nervous and I feel like not doing it now because this feeling in my body and head is weird but this always happens to me everytime I’m about to do a new drug. Any advice? I guess I’m feeling like this as I am in my boring room with a ps4 some trippy lights and that’s litterly it. My parents are going to sleep soon but the whole thought of me just tripping in my house seems boring idk.
