What does it mean when a small (2mg) iodine dose per day makes me feel pretty darn good? Only been at it a few days and don't want to up it to a bigger dose because I'm wary of supplements.

I have been suffering from fatigue the last few months and iodine gives me an energy boost.

Am I hypothyroid or what?
