250 ml sugar free red bull in the morn
redditSo I came across nootropics on YouTube and checked out this subreddit about 5 days ago and read up on beginner stacks.
I have a bad habit of drinking a 250 ml sugar free red bull in the morning and thought it could work adding 200mg of L-theanine with it (pill form). I know it's not ideal.
Since yesterday morning I haven't had the desire to vape since using the "stack" for 3 days.
I've used ashwagandha for about 2 months and with this I'm not irritable at all. Saw someone else say L-theanine worked for them in 2017.
Just thought I'd share this and big up to the sub!
Note : was using a high watt nicotine vape with 3mg nicotine E-liquid which I vaped about 15-20ml of per day.
