T+3:00 - Second wave adding to residual effects. Perfect level maintained.
T+4:00 - Decided not to redose again. Gradual return to baseline while still enjoying the music.
At this dose it's purely recreational and social. No deep dissociation, just enhanced music appreciation, physical comfort, and a pleasant mental state. Hydration is essential — I made sure to drink water regularly throughout.
