Tips for first time sitter

So I've done lsd a 5 times, 3 times with a friends who were tripping, 1 with a sitter but he fell asleep for most of the trip, and 1 time by myself. All of my trips I've been able to relatively control them except for the one with the sitter but my friend who was tripping helped me through that. My friend is interested in trying it and ask me to trip with her. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on sitting while tripping with them. We will be taking a dose equal to 250ug and they are blotters.
