Methylliberine (Dynamine) is a purine alkaloid naturally found in kucha tea leaves (Camellia assamica var. kucha) and yerba mate. It is structurally related to caffeine and theacrine (TeaCrine) but with a distinct pharmacological profile. It does not appear to build tolerance with repeated use and has minimal effects on blood pressure and heart rate. Marketed commercially as Dynamine by Compound Solutions, it is increasingly used in pre-workout formulations, nootropic stacks, and energy products as a cleaner alternative to or synergist with caffeine.
