80mg just might be my perfect dose.

I've always taken 120mg caps but I had 80mg left so I capped it and took it at an above & beyond show last night. It was beautiful.

I had an incredible roll and I feel great today too. Usually I'm exhausted the next day and can't eat anything until evening but that's not the case today. My jaw wasn't clenching either, it was so nice to wake up today and not have a sore mouth. My eyes weren't all jumpy and I didn't feel like I needed to sit down and rest at any point. I had tons of energy and everything felt so good. The roll lasted longer than expected too- about 4 hours. And I actually remember the whole night! Usually I have big gaps in my memory after a roll.

If you haven't tried a smaller dose you definitely should! I was surprised at how perfect it was.
