I've never been a drug user aside from moderate doses of shrooms and LSD which are considered fairly harmless. As a former athlete, I've also had heart tests run in the past to verify I don't have any pre-existing conditions.
I got the nerve up to try 200 mg of pure (verified) MDMA Saturday night. I know my dealer very well and have gotten reliable shrooms and lsd from him before. He tested the Molly with a kit and it tested pure. I have multiple friends who had taken the same molly and all of them verified it was legit, so I had no reason to doubt the purity.
It was an extremely mild experience. I felt very social and empathetic, but didn't experience much of the euphoria people describe when taking it. Honestly just felt like a high dose of adderall without the jitters or anxiety. My friend took it as well (he is an experienced MDMA user) and said it was some of the best molly he'd ever had. Not sure why it hit him so hard and barely hit me...
Around 1 am Sunday morning on the comedown, I began experiencing sharp chest pains. Like a dumbass, I went to my heavy physical labor job that morning and pushed through the chest pains/elevated heart rate for 5 hours until my boss finally sent me home. I went to the ER and they ran tests. The EKG came back perfectly normal. The doctor wanted to run some bloodwork just in case, however. The bloodwork came back showing that I had highly elevated heart enzymes which the doctor said was indicative of heart damage.
I have an appointment with a cardiologist in 3 days and am shitting my pants at the thought I may have caused permanent heart damage.
Has anyone had chest pains after using mdma? Did they end up going away?
