I want to add a counterpoint to the overwhelmingly positive reports. I ran BPC-157 at 250 mcg subcutaneous once daily for 6 weeks purely as a preventative/wellness measure. I did not have any specific injury, chronic pain, or gut issues. I am a 34-year-old male in generally good health who exercises regularly.
I noticed absolutely nothing. No change in recovery from workouts. No change in sleep quality. No change in gut function (which was already fine). No change in any subjective measure of wellbeing that I was tracking.
I used a reputable source with a valid third-party CoA showing greater than 99% purity, so I do not think product quality was the issue. I reconstituted properly, stored properly, and injected properly.
My conclusion is that BPC-157 is a healing compound, not an enhancement compound. If there is nothing to heal, there is nothing to feel. The dramatic results people report are real, but they are coming from people with real injuries and real pathology. If you are healthy and looking for a general performance boost, this is probably not going to do anything perceptible for you.
I would absolutely use it if I sustained an injury. But as a preventative supplement for someone without issues? Save your money.
