First time rolling, does this sound like a good dose?

Sorry for the noob question, but I'm trying to make sure everything is good before I roll for the first time. I bought a pill off my friend. He told me it's 210 mg, and he's tested it and it should be fine (it's a "Green Flugel", but I can't really find any information about it online).

I'll be rolling with a good friend of mine, so I was recommended to split it in halves and then we each take a half. Will this be enough for us both? Will I still feel the full effects that MDMA has to offer?
