I bought what I was told were 30mg oxycodone pills from someone I'd used before. Took one like I always did. Within 10 minutes something was very wrong. Oxy takes 30-45 minutes to hit me — this was instant and overwhelming.
T+0:10 my vision tunneled and my breathing became shallow. I couldn't keep my eyes open. I managed to call 911 before I lost consciousness. I woke up in the ER with a paramedic standing over me — they'd hit me with two doses of naloxone.
The doctor told me the pill contained fentanyl. No oxycodone at all. The DEA lab later confirmed the pills from that batch had roughly 2mg of fentanyl each — enough to kill someone without a massive tolerance.
I nearly died alone on my bathroom floor because I trusted a source. There is no trusted source anymore. Every single pill not dispensed from a pharmacy should be assumed to contain fentanyl until proven otherwise. Get test strips. They cost two dollars and they saved the next person I warned.
