When combined with these effects, the visual experience can become extraordinarily rich and complex, with enhanced colors flowing, shifting, and interacting in ways that create a dynamic, living quality to visual perception. The effect typically persists throughout the active duration of the substance and may linger into the afterglow period, gradually fading as baseline perception is restored.
